Can somebody explain me how an attacker is having the same address on Optimism that @wintermute_t is having on Layer-1?

It was a multisig (smart contract) so someone else replayed the creation and managed to snipe ownership of the address before the original owner could. It wouldn't be possible for a standard wallet since ownership is the same across all EVM blockchains for those.
how does that work? they deployed the same contract and also had access to the same priv keys ?

So you can actually claim an address and snipe ownership of the EXACT same address? Randomly without previously having any sensitive information of the initial one?
how would you even do that ? the post really lacked actual transparency on how the exploit happened
