I'm confused when crypto-exploits happen and people look for law enforcement or CEX help. Besides identifying the party, what is the benefit? Your code says "If {anyone} does XYZ, give {anyone} my funds". Is it theft for doing XYZ? How can law enforcement intervene?https://twitter.com/osmosiszone/status/1534585652838375424 …

Plus, given that this particular exploit could have been executed by mistake (there was no special code injection or scripting required), it's hard to see law enforcement signing off a subpoena

A validator purposely turned around $200 into $2 million using this exploit. Do your research

The exploit itself has plausible deniability - I don't doubt that it was used on purpose, but it will be hard to prove that beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
