That is correct - wLUNA being linked to 'LUNA' in the contract is irrelevant and does not entitle you to new LUNA. wLUNA's value is linked to LUNC. The contract de facto has misnomers since it can't be updated.

Lots on here saying they are recently finding WLuna following Terra2. Is this correct? LunC has also recently dipped and cap low too apparently

Gonna quote his answer on dc: This is a problem with CMC. wLUNA is not double the price of LUNC. To get the most accurate price, look at the most liquid market (ie. the Uniswap pair here: https://www.dextools.io/app/ether/pair-explorer/0x16b70f44719b227278a2dc1122e8106cc929ecd1 …) - this will show you that wLUNA and LUNC are about the same price.
