My personal opinion, formulated based on inferences from the given evidence, is that collusion has indeed taken place at some level. This is one of the links *to be explored* in the coming months. As of now, there is no *hard* evidence that Delphi was *directly* involved. (2/3)

Ha...that is not how defamation and libel works. You've already put it out there. Any part of your accusations not accurate and bingo. No add on comments wipes away direct accusations once you cross those lines.
