Ha...that is not how defamation and libel works. You've already put it out there. Any part of your accusations not accurate and bingo. No add on comments wipes away direct accusations once you cross those lines.

ha...you should probably have learned before you started. 
I'm just a normal person posting my opinions on Twitter, I wasn't really expecting to get into any legal fights from the outset. Didn't carve out time to brush up on libel laws like most people
As long as you're telling the truth and you didn't sign a nondisclosure agreement that you'd be breaking, you're fine.
Besides, I think the SEC and DOJ will be on your side from what I've heard so far
