My personal opinion, formulated based on inferences from the given evidence, is that collusion has indeed taken place at some level. This is one of the links *to be explored* in the coming months. As of now, there is no *hard* evidence that Delphi was *directly* involved. (2/3)

Update: I have decided to remove the original tweet due to legal threats from Delphi - I do not want to be sued. I have been asked to remove this thread as well but I will keep it up because I don't feel it's breaking any laws, and I'll ask a (non-Delphi) lawyer just in case.
