also this claim is wrong, at the time of the release of the initial chai card (2021) it was def still using Terra. I was tracking the BC card address at the time

FatMan you are missing a point here. Terra-Chai partnership ended without a notice or any information truly revealed. Something happened along the lines which we don't know. They were clearly working together and using Terra blockchain. What happened between them ?
