Very early n before the restart they had problems with the guardians and the wormholes not being open for validators. Yet they pushed on. They also were all confused as to the start block. Whether it was 89 or 90. It’s a shit show. But it should track LUNA.

Validators were agreeing on Luna halt to remove staking, as hyperinflation made it easy to attack. They were rushing to do it in 30min as Luna was nuking to zero. Interestingly Kwon was out of his depth & not running things (at least at that point). They didnt inform public prior
