I think there is a middle ground solution, but the culture of 'growth at all costs,' 'increase the market cap by $1b a month!' and 'move fast and break things' probably needs to change. Slow, steady, stable growth is the way, especially if one is to design a robust algostable.
Yes but imho this require rules as in the CeFi. That should be detrimental to scammers and rug pull projects hence will protect investors and genuine crypto projects as well. Don't think this will solve all the problems in crypto today but it's a start.
