I mean if binance listed luna2 on 0.5 so they(Insider) are able to invest millions in 0.5 but no one other can in that range ..... Insider are money making machines...

It was obvious that the whole black-op was planned long prior the voting and they were 100% sure the votes will go their way. Probably they simulated that 30%-ish NAY votes, in order to appear more democratic. These manipulations were visible even to normal everyday investors.
