That really doesn't seem that bad, that seems like the kind of thing anyone at the top level of a business who is out of touch with the day to day running would expect. release the product as soon as possible and iron out the bugs later.
True - this isn't that bad. It does lend to a culture of negligence (move fast and break things), but that's par for the course. (I will discuss some of the *real* bad things they did later on - there's much I can't say right now but it will come out in due time.)
