Yikes. So you're just going to ignore that Kernel outright denied affiliation with TFL and that TFL funnels money to Kernel not marked as 'salary' but 'other expenses'? And ignoring the fact that they're run by the exact same group of people? They're not 'different companies'.

Also, they're not 're-orging'. Both were made in 2018.

dont think kernel labs was ever mentioned until sometime this year, and most of the kernel labs weren't there until this year, so it can still be a reorg. if they were getting paid before then i admit it looks shady
