I'm not a lawyer so I don't know the legal implications of a twitter promise but there was no refund clause when people bought Luna or UST

Does it have to be legal? What about moral? Why does doing the right thing always need to be backed up by law and enforcement? The man encouraged people to stay in a project he was exiting. He asserted he would provide restitution. Some salt is definitely warranted
