Of course background is relevant. Again, HR can and should look into people's history. Hiring her might have been the wrong move. I am talking about posting people's porn online through high-profile accounts when they don't want it to be shared. Not the same thing at all.

In a way the interview with exception the maniacal jerking guys has some substance. Sorry, the video has relevance by that. Mostly the pre-interview. Probably better would be a cut of the video with the pre-interview. While the rest is easy to connect without being too heavy.
