I will reiterate. How she got into that position - perfectly questionable. Her merits as an employee - absolutely dubitable. But posting her porn that she wants taken down is disrespectful, unnecessary, and uncalled for. You can criticize her while being civil & respectful.

We comparing with bad decision making situations. A wolf doesn't change its coat overnight. As well young person can make bad decisions, it is allowed. But it requires a greater time-span to mature and gain experience. So does a convicted felon so an ex-ISIS.

Of course background is relevant. Again, HR can and should look into people's history. Hiring her might have been the wrong move. I am talking about posting people's porn online through high-profile accounts when they don't want it to be shared. Not the same thing at all.

True. We can say it's a horrible hiring decision. We can even say she was a porn star two years ago. But posting a video of her porn that she issued a DMCA request for? What the hell is wrong with people? Have some empathy; it's like the guy has never made a mistake before.
