Why 3.3%? He / TFL has $3B of off chain liquidity. For all you know he has been backing up the truck into Luna2 via exchanges, using fiat exit bags from Luna1. Cexes are fiat on/off ramps first and foremost, he’s basically the only one who netted any fiat from Luna 1
