Although I am still undecided (entirely), I have now switched to leaning much more heavily towards the 'not an attack' side. How do you tell one’s intentions by looking at the wallets and transactions though?
Most blame is on Terra, for sure. But, there was an attack as well. Next day you have talks about UST in US Senat or Congress. There is no such thing coincidence, simply human ignorance. Terra would be fine if no attack occured. Crippled but not destroyed.
All exploited the same weakness at exactly the same time. Does that reasonably happen? Genuine question.
Also agree with @Karol08571441 the timing is so precise. Now people who got burned literally screaming for regulations and running to law makers.

Still meets my definition of attack. People with millions liquid wiping out small fish life savings. Dishonest to play both sides of the coin here. Decentralized / Permissionless ideals DO NOT APPLY. Terra was obviously neither. Software wasn't "exploited" - people were.
