I have no idea why people think Do Kwon isn't personally involved in this. It's obvious it required a massive amount of his own coin to pull off. He's the only one with the customer list.

I think it's more likely that Do Kwon embezzled funds from LFG in a roundabout way, as the Korean police seems to think. I don't believe he depegged his own project based on everything I've seen and everyone I've spoken with.
