This looks really good - a few minor issues (eg. we assume UST moving out = sold) but overall it's super sound. TFL will ignore this entirely and will implement their own proposal, ignoring all Agora discussion as they have done thus far.

i think that may be ok because if its still owned by the same person then it will act as an input/purchase on their second wallet thank you ser. i wish things moved a bit slower so we had time to think about this. hard to get quality proposals out within a week
