What do you consider “manipulating”? Is the wallet simply just voting on the proposal?
I consider manipulating to be when public promises are made that a certain group will not vote but that group starts shifting the vote in a big way using shell wallets of either employees or friendly VC funds

It’s there tokens, to do as they please with. And that’s if it is even anything to do with TFL, employees, or any VCs.
