Is there not a way for the community to have Do Kwon removed from his position? This could be a vote in theory, right? Looks more and more like he is the single biggest obstacle to anything that might some day look like a minor Terra/Luna recovery.

Honestly, what do you even mean with manipulated? Blockchain is easily auditable, this makes no sense. It is clear to me that you want to help people who lost money, but if you don't look at things objectively, you will just see your credibility go down the drain.
In this case it means that Do Kwon has significant voting power because of his holdings and has also been forcing validators to vote what he wants. Also, the community seen their burning proposal being hidden / delisted at times. Manipulation.
