Can't sleep, so I'll add this. Jump Trading publicly runs validator nodes on one of Solana's key oracles (Pyth) and the key bridge (Wormhole). An employee from Jump has told me that they consider both Pyth and Wormhole to be multi-billion dollar exits to dump on retail. (1/2)
Why did Jump bail Wormhole out for $320m? There is no such thing as a free lunch. These people are not altruistic. The bill always comes due. I don't know the exact attack vector they plan to use, and I'll try to learn more, but my best guess is a large-scale MEV 'attack'. (2/2)

If you drive a Mack truck for a living you need wide roads. If they don’t exist you build them or control this key infrastructure. Providing liquidity is a key role for any MM, I’m not sure why you attach malicious undertones to everything

Why should they prevent it? They extract maximum value, let it die, create another “clean” shitcoin and repeat it over and over again till people get smarter
companies bailing out another is not uncommon. I find it interesting companies needed funds which it appears was unknown. Would be nice to know the reasons funds were needed and yes, terms of the bailouts. It’s good to have a voice in the community who will state facts, thanks!
