Idea: a module implemented into major exchanges that can verify UST claims and calculate exact losses to the cent with one single click. Let me explain how (and why) I think this could work. (1/7)

It is impossible to calculate in this way. Just to ensure who has the right and the amount to claim. 1. For people who not sell, claim dollar with they UST. 2. For people who has sold, they could buy back the same amount UST to claim dollar or give up this right.
This is a good idea, but since we can get exchange's cooperation, we should fully mitigate the double reward problem (eg. what if someone sells at $0.30, buys back at $0.01, redeems 1 USD, and makes a tidy profit at the expense of all other UST holders?)

Calculate transactions is too difficult, because people could trade hundreds or thousands times. If people have the right to claim, they have. Even if they make money though Buy and Trade strategy or other way, I think it has nothing to do with the double rewards.
