This is accurate! Anchor has some insolvent loans. I could check how much exactly but it's mute point now. Anc sale or yield reserve will cover the loss is possible, assuming it's not too big.
An important correction on this thread: the bad debt losses were inflicted on *depositors*, not borrowers as I incorrectly mentioned in one of the tweets - the issue created *failed* liquidations, not overliquidations.
