This is a great point TBF - I doubt TFL will try to fund an action against themselves, but I'll admit that stranger things have happened.
Fund a diversion of action in the better direction for TFL. Why not? If it were a real immutable DAO, and if I were TFL, I definitely would do it.
Immutable in a sense that any decision is final and irrefutable, no other action possible for the class. I as TFL would right away buy 51% of tokens cheap.
