It will be hard to make an argument that Do Kwon, Terraform Labs and Luna Foundation Guard are separate entities when it comes to matters such as insolvency and clawback. It looks like a joint operation, legally speaking.

I can’t understand why the Terra community is pledging allegiance to the Terra 2 proposal from @stablekwon when he clearly made a lot of mistakes that led to the downfall but didn’t own up to his mistakes. It’s sad to see Terra is not more than Do.
I think he is trying to get things in right direction and will step aside. I mean, considering the amount of legal stuff coming, he won’t have time. I would only be more bullish on it if he leaves
