An update on airdrop eligibility - thank you @stablekwon
Funds on Mars and Osmosis will be supported, and the Terra team is trying to include as many chains as possible, so many of you should be included even if you don't have your LUNA/UST sitting on Terra natively. (1/2)

We still recommend moving funds on-chain instead of keeping them on exchanges. Most of the airdrop will be vested (locked) for up to two years, and you will need the exchange to a) support the airdrop and b) stay online/solvent for the whole period. Better to play it safe. (2/2)

If UST is on a CEX then shouldn't it stay if there is a chance that the exchange will accept liability for the loss?

Yes. There's always a chance of that.
