Binance is about as safe as it gets though right ?
Binance is probably safe. I would be okay with my funds on there. The primary issue with Binance isn't solvency but how they will carry out the vesting release, so I'd just temporarily move my UST onto Terra and move it back after the snapshot anyway.
If I have money in anchor should I leave it there so the aUST keep in mi wallet ?

There is a risk involved moving it out & back I would say. There are probably only a few things that still keep UST above 5c right now: -the airdrop -the mindset "might as well hold, most of it is already lost" -some might still be stuck -potential to follow future legal actions
I'm not sure how UST or LUNA for that matter will behave in the next days or on the day the snapshot will be taken. The price could drop gradually up to that day, there might be some last day speculators who want to get in on the airdrop.
