This burnt/mint system was the foundation of Terra/LUNA's value. Terra arbitrarily turned it off citing governance concerns (which could have been mitigated by disabling staking alone rather than Terra's primary economic mechanism). This breaks one of their core promises. (2/2)

the advertised terra as “decentralized money”. in fact they decided everything, changed the rules, shut off and forked the chain as the liked. it’s the most centralized bullshit ever seen in crypto
