I have received similar reports about the wallet's activity corresponding to Do Kwon's (now deleted) tweets about Coinhall and Spectrum, but the Astroport claim is the only one I could verify completely.

This TFL-funded mystery wallet also managed to buy up lots of ASTRO at cheap levels about two months ago.
