Fun fact about this one: they initially voted No, changed it to Abstain (a Figment Telegram mod stated someone from Terra 'forced' them to, then deleted the message), and have now changed it back to No. Unconfirmed - corroborated only by multiple witnesses.

No idea, and I would be skeptical about believing this claim. The only thing backing it up is 10 or so people who saw a mod post it and delete it, and they told me. Maybe a strongly worded email, if it's real? In any case - must stress that it's not evidenced to my standards.
i dont think they will “burn” ; that will leave them without liquidity for any type of liquidity pool that might run an amm in the new terra v2 fork
