This anonymous wallet controls 5.1% of the voting power and is signalling "Yes" for Do Kwon's latest proposal. TFL has stated that they don't vote. Do TFL employees vote, though?

If this isn't your wallet or an employee wallet (which it almost certainly is), who is it? Given that you sent them 20.3M LUNA, do they have TFL-adjacent interests/intentions? Who are they and why won't they reveal their identity when all major validators are labelled? (4/4)
