As an afterthought, I don't think this is necessarily malicious - it could just be an additional decentralization measure - but it points to a certain level of planning surrounding what's been happening this week. Also, dumping the project doesn't magically erase your debts.

This was meant for a full decentralization if Luna/UST was targeted as being centralized and would result in "full" decentralization. It was implicit that Luna/UST would be working as expected. Think it is wrong to frame this statements under current circumstances.
But this opens another question: if there was a kind of scenario analysis and forecasting assessment why wasn't it "defined" that if UST goes wrong then a tErRaIsMoReThAnUsT would follow? That would be different than all this rush into V2.0. Poor scenario analysis and planning.
