There was a community proposal of a buy & burn back tax. #DoKwon lost everyone’s money now he won’t listen to his community. Notice how in his proposal it says voting will start on the 18th & run for 7 days while the team starts building the core on the 21st.. 
It could be done tho. It’s not like it’s impossible so do a buy back and burn.
