Similar happened at Drift Protocol in SOL, they are a vAMM, their users were short & since they are their own maker, they were long and down. & have now for nearly 2 weeks held every1s funds hostage, they are saying they will pay 23% on friday and the remaining at "phase b".
they are playing it down as a "bug", noobs read it and think someone hacked the protocol when in fact it was a easily predictable design flaw.. they lost about $10M after raising 3.8M a few months ago.

there's no way that happens, there's never been a precedent. YC is a startup accelerator. It's completely unheard of.
