Terraform Labs Korea was dissolved "just days before the crash" -- I suspect this is purely coincidence.
When I was at @terra_money, the plan to move to Singapore was already underway and many Korean employees were encouraged to move.
Do you think it was for tax purposes? That's what the Korean tax authorities seem to think - LFG was newly incorporated in Singapore as well and TFL "gifted" a bunch of assets over - Singapore's taxes are way lower.
I think they were being harassed by govt ppl in suits, auditors & stuff coming into the office and disrupting work (from my point of view) So probably tax-related and jurisdiction for working on crypto stuff
They deliberately made this worst code that caused luna to crush and then they transfer entire reserve BTC to evade with saving peg as excuse
