  There are some inconsistencies in Delphi's message. LUNA didnt fit into cosmos until 9/21. Also, Mars never launched and astro didnt do much. New collateral through BTC didnt change their minds. This is re-framing mistakes like Novogratz in his recent letter. Im not sold on this.
