LFG didn't move quickly during an earlier large drop but acted fast to move reserves on D-Day. Volume does not show a large increase in UST buying pressure (while LFG claimed they were defending the peg). This confirms that the UST was sold via backroom OTC. Thoughts? Lawsuit needs to be filed, must supena the records to be able to understand exactly when they sold the BTC, who did they sell it to and there's something that confuses me, they claimed they "loaned" 750M worth of BTC but now they claim they used it to buy UST with the BTC.....

The whole thing was a criminal enterprise from day one and now they are covering it all up with a rigged vote. Despite what we want,what we say,what we lost or how we vote its all pointless. Unless this is investigated by proper authorities we will never get to the bottom of this
Thoughts ? Bailout. UST Holders defrauded. Why OTC trading ? Why 2 trades ? What happened here was NOT intending to repeg UST.
In a way, it falls within their mandate, but I would have preferred to see an open market pegging attempt where retail can participate instead of backroom deals with profiteer counterparties. Also, the "stay strong" stuff was disgusting. He knew it was all falling apart.
