This is a step in the right direction, as it adds balance to the LUNA/UST pre-attack/post-attack question. Some thoughts: - UST holders do not want a new speculative token, they want their money back - The new chain should not be saddled with old debts - Terra 2 will flourish!

Ust holders want their money back 100%, not a token... Especially an illiquid one with a vesting period
If this proposal pass, it doesnt stop LFG to refund UST holders, but expect just small amount refunded, since LFG funds are almost empty.
What do you make of it? What about those pre attack UST staked at different protocols like osmosis, aperture, mirror?
