Update on the Brazil suit, in the interest of accuracy: it's likely that this is just a draft lawsuit and has not yet reached the courts, or is still working its way up to be seen by a judge. It may be rejected under forum non-conveniens.

At one point I thought Do & TFL might raise $1billion from their own wealth siphoned off
$Luna holders to reimburse the 90% of UST holders. It would have saved many lives, been great press for the crypto industry, prob avoided legal repercussions and he’d still be a millionaire. -
