I really like your proposal , but there’s one issue , it seems like all the BTC reserves are gone.

but i'll tell you what, if they can't prove they sold those BTC to protect the peg with audited records from multiple reputable auditors, and don't return those funds to UST/LUNA participants,
then we can move beyond "this was just a honest mistake" to "this was an exit scam"
