What about people that took money from anchor when the depeg happened and sold at 0.075 on an exchange. If I buy back to have UST I will be eventually be at a loss

What sort of realistic proposal is this? Refund UST holders & and keep Luna on the market ,burn at least 50% of the new supply , this is a realistic proposal. At least Luna holders will be able to get some of the money back!
