Commenting to follow this! I did my MA work on racism in porn and did textual analysis and some work with comment sections, but couldn’t find any quant work.
How have I not come across any quant research on racism in popular pornography? Taboo sexual attraction + racism + racism increasing enjoyment of taboo sexual attraction is a HUGE anecdotal connection I keep encountering & I don't know why more people don't talk about this.
