My worry becomes a reality. It is unfortunate to see 36 confirmed cases of the new transmitted to France by the evacuation flight from Wuhan, which truly poses a global threat to the world.

It is unfortunate that a suspected poacher was shot dead in Save, another managed to escape. rangers managed to recover a rifle & 4 rounds of ammunition. Protected areas are no go areas for illegal activities.

I am intrigued after reading this article. I never expected a species like elephants to become overpopulated. I see the obstacles that can come with that. Hopefully solutions can come to aid this situation

It is a tough balance, the answers are not simple. When Government does not support the people, but the World requires or demands hunting be stopped. I am NOT a hunter, do not understand killing for trophies, but population growth management without support must be very difficult

On the other hand, human population has also increased between 1900 & 2000,resulting in increased demand for land for agriculture & other forms of landuse outside protected areas, thereby limiting the area available for elephants with a resultant increase in humanelephant conflict.
