There are some people doing way worse things that don't get their accounts suspended, yet these people are losing theirs for "spamming" emotes. I understand that it's automated, but the appeal system isn't. You don't know what these people need their accounts for.

It could be work or family. If you deny them a chance at getting that back simply because they used to many emotes in a chat, who's in the wrong now?
