Kartoon Kombat was a fighting game to be developed by Technos in 1994. The game was featured at CES 1994 where it was called 'terrible'. It was slated for Autumn '94, but delayed to Holiday '94 and then being cancelled. There's a damaged prototype of it still in existence.pic.twitter.com/Oj2TCUI6mj
