      For those who cannot see past the firewall on the Haitham-Al-Haddad article, here are the comments associated with Haddad that the @thetimes reports:https://www.thetimes.co.uk/edition/news/amazon-scheme-supports-extremists-vdzsfvsls …

      He said in 2012: “I have received so many requests from western women who committed adultery. They were begging me to help them to find a way to a Muslim country to be stoned to death.”

      “The younger the better” is Mr Haddad’s advice on the best age for a teenage girl to marry although “you have to be careful of the legal issues”. Female circumcision, done the Islamically approved way, “is better for the husband” and “a virtue or honour for women”.

          All non-Muslims are destined for hell. They will be joined by all the Islamic sects except the Sunnis. Shia Muslims and Ahmadiyya Muslims will be in the fire of hell because of unacceptable beliefs that Allah hates and that reject some of the main principles of Islam.

          Islam does not specify an ideal age for a teenage girl to be married. It is a decision for her family. The earlier the better, especially for girls, but you have to be careful of the legal issues.

          Men and women should not compete with each other. They should complete each other. Men should toil outside the house. Women should be devoted wives and mothers. Allah said: “Men are in charge of women by [right of] what Allah has given one over the other.”

          In Britain they keep saying equality, equality, but at the end of the day you are a female. You have certain rights; you cannot do certain things. Your brother should look after you. I should look after you. When we stop you doing certain things, it’s for your protection.

          Niqab: It is highly recommended that all Muslim women in Britain should wear the niqab. We want all human beings, all western women, to follow the guidelines of their Creator, not only in this issue of covering the face but in submitting to the will of Allah.

          Nelson Mandela's Death in 2013: He was a great and inspirational person who died without compromising any of his principles, but Mandela is now in the fire of hell. It is his punishment for his failure to worship Allah.

          Homosexuality is an evil crime. All Muslims believe this. Gay marriage will entrench aberrant behaviours as normal in the minds of innocent children. Homosexuality and gay marriage is not about two people loving each other as it is misleadingly portrayed;

          Japanese Tsunami: Muslims will feel saddened by a catastrophe in which thousands have perished, but Allah allowed it to happen to punish the Japanese for their refusal to submit to him. It is true that Japan has not fought the Muslims, but Allah created mankind to worship him.

          Listening to Muslims: A Muslim asked me if she was allowed to listen to music. No you can’t. It’s as simple as that. That is the consensus of all Muslim scholars. Listening to musical instruments has evil consequences.

          Apostasy: Apostasy deserves capital punishment in an Islamic state, once the conditions are met. I say this openly. In many western countries, there is capital punishment for treason. From an Islamic perspective, religious allegiance is more important than political allegiance.

          Stoning for Adultery: This punishment is applied for men and women in an Islamic state. It is the Islamic punishment. What does the UK government want? Do they want Muslims to change their beliefs? If I committed adultery, I’d like to be stoned.

          NOTE: These comments are abhorrent and do NOT represent how the majority of Muslims want to live their lives. But what they do, is to give a strong impression of those fearful of Muslims, that ALL Muslims are like this.

          This is why it is imperative for Muslims and those of other faiths and none - to challenge and counter those espousing such views. Such views must not be allowed to take hold of young minds since they create a 'them and us' worldview which is dangerous.

          Problem is there are many who support him and ‘invited’ him as a celeb to their ‘community events’. Have even one of them commented on these abhorrent comments - none. Even those whose events he spoke at!
