Having a global mandatory vaccine system will allow an organization to dictate every aspect of your life. First, in theory, people will become wholly dependent on vaccines for immunity, and not on their own immune system's natural immunity. Dependency creates obedience.

She's a criminal puppet of WHO and Trudeau, and both are set to make millions from the vaccine. One just need to look into Great Challenges Canada and other foundations, and who gave them money. I see Gates Foundation everywhere in this.
