I find no reason to fear an end of experience since there is ample evidence imo (your question relates to the answer's opinion is seems, so individual opinion may be appropriate in answering) that the the self-aware displaying that is our experiencing does not end with the body.https://twitter.com/KennethFolk/status/985011241755258880 …

What is the ample evidence that our experience doesn't end with the body?

Eg. Sees being buried: “I used to be your neighbor. We had a fight and you killed me with an ax.” “I even know where he buried my body.” The boy then led the group, into fields... and reported: “He buried my body under these stones and the ax over there.”http://www.collective-evolution.com/2017/04/28/3-year-old-boy-recalls-past-life-locates-his-body-identifies-the-man-who-murdered-him/ …

This doesn't seem like evidence to me. Even the article states: The story is quite intriguing, but it is hard to know if it is true. While there are a lot of details of the case that have survived, it is odd that all of the names were either not recorded or forgotten over time.

I'll spend some more time looking into this. I remain agnostic for now. I don't think there is really any way we can know with certainty what happens after the body dies.
