I generally agree, but some people will too readily ignore or negate a serious window of opportunity because they’ve been taught to see all meditative experiences as just more sensory arising. Nuanced approach is optimal; but yours is probably safer on avg.

Unfortunately many teachers are terrible at this (looking at you, Goenka). This results in people either getting excited when something interesting happens and clinging to it, or not knowing what to do when such experiences arise.

Or C) dismissing the opportunity to look at it as just whatever, which given the abiding results that can come from looking at it seems... stupid.
